Lundgren brothers, owners of Honda dealership, sell Auburn site for $2M - Worcester Business Journal

An industrial property in Auburn located at 160 Southbridge St. has sold for $1.9 million, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.

The 1.8-acre property was sold by AP Properties LLC to One Twenty One Coolidge Cap LLC.

AP Properties LLC is registered to Barry and Patrick Lundgren of Auburn, owners of Lundgren Honda of Auburn and the sons of the dealership's founder, Richard Lundgren. 

One Twenty One Coolidge Cap LLC is registered to Michael Lauring of Worcester.

The sale officially closed on April 6. The Town of Auburn last assessed the property at $1.3 million.

The property last sold in 1946 for $388,333.
