The 2021 Fascino 125 Fi comes with many appearance and feature updates. Following the newly formulated plan, Yamaha models in India will offer Bluetooth connectivity and side stand engine cutoff as standard throughout the lineup. In addition, the instrument cluster indicator lights inform the rider that this power assist feature is working. The advantage of the new mild hybrid system is that the fuel efficiency of the motor has been improved by 16% while maintaining similar specifications.
The updated Fascino is now available in up to nine color options, including three new color options for the disc brake variants Vivid Red Special, Matt Black Special and Cool Blue Metallic. Instead of matte black, the drum brake variations come with an optional yellow cocktail.
Mechanical specifications
The Fascino 125 FI will continue to be driven by the same 125cc air cooling and fuel injection as before. The power output remains constant at 8.2bhp, but the peak torque output has increased from 9.7Nm to 10.3Nm. The rest of the scooter specs remain the same as the previous model. The suspension is equipped with a telescopic fork on the front, a monoshock on the rear, a disc on the front and a drum on the rear as standard equipment.
