Signalling a turn is not optional if you’re operating a vehicle on a public Canadian road. Video footage of one such occurrence shows how a driver who’d been boxed in by police vehicles attempted to smash his way through, and the case of a Brampton man charged with attempted murder demonstrates the possible legal fallout.
