Yamaha to add more Bluetooth-enabled models to portfolio

For the longest time, one thought that Bluetooth connectivity in the context of automobiles meant it was a feature exclusive to cars. Well, then that changed when two-wheeler manufacturers started to bring in models equipped with this handy little technology. In the list of these companies that offer bikes and scooters with Bluetooth connectivity is Yamaha. The Japanese automaker started to offer Bluetooth on its two wheelers in India with the the Yamaha FZS-FI and Yamaha FZS-FI Vintage. The list was then expanded to add the recently-launched Yamaha FZ-X, with the top-end model being available with Bluetooth connectivity. Well, the company plans to expand its list of Bluetooth-enabled two wheelers further still.

Wait, that's not all we have to share about this. We are confident the next Yamaha two wheelers in India to come equipped with the aforementioned connectivity feature will be the new Fascino and Ray ZR 125

The company showcased the new Yamaha Fascino hybrid aong with the new Yamaha RayZR hybrid a little over a week ago. OF course, plenty of new details were revealed about the upcoming scooters in India, including that they will get Bluetooth connectivity, enabled via the Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X app. This app offers features like locate my vehicle, hazard warning, parking record, riding history, etc. Apart from these, the two scooters continue to get provisions like smart motor generator for a silent start, automatic stop-start system for better fuel economy, and side-stand engine cut-off.
